By creating an account or using CPCPrep, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

CPCPrep provides an online exam preparation platform for the CPC (Certified Professional Coder) certification offered by AAPC. The platform includes practice modes (Blitz, Sniper, Mock Exam) and progress tracking tools.

CPCPrep is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by AAPC.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Paid Access

Certain features (Sniper full deck, Mock Exam, Readiness Dashboard) require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

We offer a 7-day refund policy for digital purchases. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on CPCPrep, including question sets, explanations, and interface elements, is the property of CPCPrep and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written consent.

CPT codes are maintained by the American Medical Association (AMA). ICD-10-CM codes are managed by CMS and the NCHS.

6. Disclaimer

CPCPrep is a study tool designed to help candidates prepare for the CPC exam. We do not guarantee that using our platform will result in passing the exam. Exam content is subject to change by AAPC. Always refer to the official AAPC guidelines as the authoritative source.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CPCPrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
